NLP Presents at IIABCal Blue Ribbon Conference on Generational Differences in Workplace Development

Kona, Hawaii – May 2, 2017- New Level Partners, LLC was honored to present at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California (IIABCal) annual Blue Ribbon Conference this morning on Multi-Generational Workforce: Onboarding, Education and Coaching. Nancy Langton, NLP co-founder, and Jennifer Andriany, director, marketing, business development and client engagement, shared statistics, trends and best practices on workforce development with the over 200 insurance industry registrants of the prestigious conference held at the Mauni Lani Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.

“NLP’s priority is to push forward with the future learning needs of our workplace teams.  We study trends current and forward.  Our goal is to support our state association members with the most progressive and effective ways to train their team members. We are excited to be part of the Blue Ribbon Conference this year,” states Nancy Langton.

The NLP team compiled their expertise on human resources, learning and development advancements and generational differences to develop the enthusiastically received presentation. The hour-long session included expert information on onboarding, including what new hires expect and must have elements, training todays learners, including technology and expectations, principals of adult learning, how various generations learn, what today’s team looks like (multi-generation, diverse, virtual) and more.

The event, held for the 31st year in a row, hosts hundreds of agency principals, carrier representatives and their families for a four-day conference packed with informative continuing education courses to assist agency owners in growing their business and staying relevant on industry trends.
