William Harwood
Bill’s experience as entrepreneurial manager, non-profit executive, private business owner, educator and corporate leader enables his comprehensive perspective on critical business issues facing New Level Partners’ clients.
His experience combines sales and marketing, operations, line management, strategic planning and human resources management. The co-founding of New Level Partners, LLC in 2001 launched an integrated educational advisory consulting practice.
Bill has spoken at numerous conferences during the course of his career on a range of learning and development, risk management and insurance and talent acquisition topics. He is also certified as a New York State Continuing Education instructor. He believes that the acquisition, technical education and competency development of people is the critical element in business profitability and growth.
Bill has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA from New York University. He is married with two children and lives in northern New Jersey.
Nancy Langton
Nancy’s talents combine her human resources management and learning & development expertise serving public, private and non-profit entities with solutions that improve productivity and business results.
Nancy, a founding partner of New Level Partners LLC since 2001, collaborates with executives and leaders to produce creative answers to a wide variety of business challenges. Nancy’s contributions include that she has:
- Designed curriculums and course content for a national sales and service call center blending solutions such as facilitated job readiness classes, E-Learning modules, coaching handbooks for supervisors, workflow process documentation, call effectiveness script / flip card tools, etc.
- Implemented customer-focused E-Learning modules targeting product education for revenue growth.
- Created an e-based knowledge check to produce development plans linked to class schedules and E-Learning modules.
- Designed the curriculum and course content for a wide range of business skills such as customer service, front line sales, compliance, relationship management, coaching for results, supervisory skills, negotiating skills and various insurance technical topics.
- Designed, developed and facilitated a talent acquisition simulation for managers, incorporating extensive role-plays and Avatar ‘candidates.’
Nancy also directed Human Resources for several national brokerages and top-tiered insurance carriers. In two start-up firms, she directed the recruitment and strategic staffing of all levels, managed human resources, and developed training programs.
Nancy received her BS in Education and MA in Training & Development from the College of New Jersey. She resides in central New Jersey with her husband and three children.
Jaime Foran
Jaime’s professional background is a blend of technical sales, training, marketing and education. She has extensive experience in curriculum design and facilitation for small, medium and enterprise customers. She develops highly interactive E-Learning courses that focus on engaging the learner, using various tools such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
In her prior position, Jaime was a senior trainer for Microsoft delivering technical training programs and tailored solutions for clients across the country.
Jaime earned a BBA from Baylor University in Computer Information Systems and Human Resource Management. She was raised in upstate New York and currently resides in northern New Jersey.
Bill Vitale
Bill has a background in training and development, marketing research, program implementation, sales, and event planning. In his role as Learning and Development Specialist, Bill complements the New Level Partners’ team by contributing to training solutions, agendas, tailored events and related training materials.
Bill’s technical E-Learning design skills incorporate his knowledge of Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. He has designed numerous E-Learning modules for technical systems training, product/content programs and business skills for all levels.
Bill resides in southeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a BA in Business Administration and a specialization in Marketing.
Dana Johnston
Dana has over 20 years’ experience as a marketing and business development professional. Dana has helped high-tech companies go to market, create partnerships and position themselves positively to their key audiences. She has focused efforts on target market development and testing, value proposition creation, customer list creation and profiling, target marketing program development and execution to reach key customer segments.
Previously, Dana consulted with an E-Learning start-up company to assist them in developing their business plan, secure funding and drive sales. Additionally, she was responsible for scripting and working with the designers on their customer sales demo.
Dana’s background includes working with a wide variety of industries, including technology, banking and insurance. She has worked with companies ranging from Barnett Bank (Bank of America) to AT&T Wireless Services, to Keystone Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dana received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from College of New Jersey and an MBA from Rutgers University. She currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
