Nancy Langton, President of New Level Partners, presented “Bridging Generations for an Effective Workforce” at a Women’s Networking Luncheon in New York City

On June 6, 2011, Nancy Langton of New Level Partners spoke to a group of 50 women at a Women’s Forum in New York City. Nancy spoke on “Bridging Generations for an Effective Workforce.” This networking lunch also included a panel discussion moderated by Nancy Baird Harwood of New Level Leadership.

Princeton, New Jersey- June 14, 2011- The networking luncheon sponsored by a Multi-National Carrier and a leading Brokerage firm was held on June 6, 2011 featuring a presentation by Nancy Langton, President of New Level Partners. Nancy spoke on “Bridging Generations for an Effective Workforce.” A panel discussion with brokerage managers followed the presentation and was moderated by Executive Coach Nancy Baird Harwood of New Level Leadership. The panelists represented each generation and various levels of positions within both firms.

“As our workforce is aging and new workers are entering, it is important to develop a productive work environment for all age groups,” said Nancy Langton of New Level Partners. “The panelists shared their experiences and provided insightful advice to other women professionals on career, multi-generational teams and technology demands.”

The purpose of the event was to provide ongoing education to those in attendance. The presentation was attended by approximately 50 women.
